We wanted to take a minute to write and let you know how much we appreciate the excellent response and kind attitude we received from your two employees, Jennifer and Scott, at our home. We had a water pipe burst while we were out of town in August. Scott immediately came out and met my children and took care of the water clean up. He was professional, prompt and did a great job with follow up. It was quite a long night for him. Consequently we had additional problems as the fix (and we use that term lightly) that the plumber made did not hold and a week later we had a mud flood and since that was the only rain since August, I have no idea if the latest fix has held or not. But even though this latest problem was not a Paces clean up issue, Scott continued to check on us and make sure that things were being taken care of. He provided information and had suggestions for things that needed to be done to make sure that the area was prepared for Frank Baggett and the restoration group to come in. Jennifer also could not have been nicer. She is quite genuine and a most caring employee. Never did she make us feel like we were calling with a foolish question and she went out of her way to make me feel like we were the only customer you had. She did exactly as she said she was going to, when she said she was going to do it and we appreciate her warm and professional attitude. Again, in this day and age of poor customer service and workmanship, you can be proud of these two employees. They were excellent and we are looking forward to dealing with Frank and the rest of his Paces team on our rebuild - if it ever rains again!
